We believe straightforward pricing matters, particularly in stressful situations such as electrical emergencies. Our emergency out of hours (6pm-6am weekday/weekends) call out fees are:

For investigation and repair, initial hour: £165+VAT; subsequent hours (charged in half hour increments): £74+VAT per hour

If your power has gone out, the first thing you need to do is check outside - do your neighbours still have power? If it’s a power cut, then you don’t need an emergency electrician. However, if only your property is affected, then it’s time to call us. We can help with power failures and nuisance tripping, getting things running properly again.
Repair or isolation
If you’ve had to call us out of hours, then you’ll want to keep costs as low as you can. Often, the most cost-effective solution is to isolate the system to make things safe, and then get us back during working hours to keep costs down. However, sometimes that isn’t an option, so we can offer isolation only, or investigation and repair. We’re happy to offer advice on the best option for your circumstances.
